Customer Service Coordinator


Job Summary:

Interface between TraPac’s Client Carriers, Port Authorities, Governmental and Regulatory Agencies, as well as the TraPac terminal operating departments in each Port location for all needs relating to cargo movement, compliance and invoicing.

Job Qualifications:

Degree required in business administration or appropriate maritime college degree., 1-2 years in transportation and/or shipping industry with emphasis in documentation and intermodal transportation.

Experience with automated systems, knowledge of all documentation procedures including customs clearance, hazardous cargo, rail movement, cargo restrictions and demurrage changes, and terminal operating procedures. 

Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 10 am to 7 p.m. and rotating weekends.
